Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
  • Most orders include tracking.
  • A tracking link will be emailed once your package is on the way.
  • If tracking has not updated for several days, please allow for standard carrier delays.
  • If you created an account, you can also view your order status under My Account → Orders.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Within Canada

  • GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your province.
  • No additional duties on delivery for Canadian orders.

United States & International

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.
  • These fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Customs inspections may affect delivery timelines.
Multiple Shipments

Your order may ship in multiple packages when:

  • Items are on backorder
  • Items ship from different warehouse locations

If this happens:

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers
  • You won’t be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments
Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Address Changes

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [care@seanclaire.com]. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:

  • Check with neighbours, building staff, or household members
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

If it still cannot be found after 2–3 business days, contact us and we’ll assist in filing a carrier investigation.

Pre-Orders & Launch Collections

Some collections may be offered on pre-order.

  • Estimated ship dates will appear on the product page.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
  • Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
  • Customs rules may limit delivery to certain regions.
  • Oversized or special-care items may have additional limitations.
