Your order may ship in multiple packages when:
- Items are on backorder
- Items ship from different warehouse locations
If this happens:
- You’ll receive separate tracking numbers
- You won’t be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments
Address Changes
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [care@seanclaire.com]. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:
- Check with neighbours, building staff, or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
If it still cannot be found after 2–3 business days, contact us and we’ll assist in filing a carrier investigation.
Some collections may be offered on pre-order.
- Estimated ship dates will appear on the product page.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may arrive in separate shipments.
- Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
- Customs rules may limit delivery to certain regions.
- Oversized or special-care items may have additional limitations.
