You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and hygiene liners (for shorts/leggings) must remain intact and attached.
- Items showing wear, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume, or damage will not qualify.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Discounted items more than 30% off
- Underwear or undergarments
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition promotional bundles
You may exchange your item if approved for returns for:
- A different size
- A different colour
- A different style of equal value, subject to availability
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy.
Canada
- We offer free returns for items returned within 10 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
- You will receive a free shipping label for your return.
- For refund requests made over 10 days of delivery, a flat $10 CAD return shipping fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
United States & International
Return shipping fees vary by country and will be shown during the return request process. These fees are deducted from your final refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and for your bank to post the refund.

If you received an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong size/colour/style)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
We will replace the item or process an appropriate solution at no cost to you.
- Email us at care@seanclaire.com or use the Return Request form on our website.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label (Canada/US) or return instructions (international).
- Pack your item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
- We’ll notify you once your return has been processed.
Whenever possible, please return items in their original packaging to reduce waste and ensure the product’s safe arrival.
If the original packaging is unavailable, any secure, protective packaging can be used.
If you received a SeanClaire Athletica item as a gift, you may return it for:
- Store credit
- An exchange of equal value
Proof of purchase (order number or name/email of the purchaser) is required.
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still initiate a return once it arrives.
SeanClaire Athletica is not responsible for returns lost during transit if shipped without our provided return label.
Please keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above will be sent back to the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear worn, used, or damaged.
